Who are we looking for?

Do you enjoy imparting knowledge and can inspire training participants for our products? We are now looking for a dedicated IT trainer (m/f/d) for innovative telecommunications solutions/technical instructor (m/f/d) for our STARFACE Academy.

Your tasks

• Strategic and operational development of the STARFACE Academy
• Development of new didactic and methodological concepts for our training courses
• Conducting sophisticated IT training courses and webinars, including preparation and follow-up work
• Further development of the training concept with modern media and methods
• Close cooperation with the product management, marketing, sales and support departments to continuously improve training courses

Your profile

• Several years of experience as an IT trainer or in a comparable position
• High willingness to familiarize yourself with new software products or technologies
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical content in an understandable way
• Affinity for the topics of network technology, VoIP and modern communication systems
• High degree of customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
