En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu accompagnes les équipes de communication et leurs dirigeants dans la maîtrise de l’application AmazingContent pour qu’ils deviennent des Leaders Connectés sur les réseaux sociaux.

Grâce à l’écoute active des clients sur le terrain et un esprit analytique résolument orienté problem-solving, tu auras la responsabilité d’enchanter nos clients tout au long de leur cycle de vie : onboarding, support, fidélisation.

Nous avons des milliers d’utilisateurs potentiels répartis en trois catégories distinctes : les plumes (chez nos partenaires agences ou freelances), les leaders (de la CEO au directeur de l’innovation en passant par la DRH), et les chefs de projet au sein des équipes de communication. L’enjeu Customer Success est passionnant

L’objectif : enchanter nos clients Ce qui se traduit par un double suivi en terme de KPI :

  • améliorer l’usage utilisateur, avec un taux de WAU (Weekly active users) > 90%

  • maintenir le churn sous les 10%

    Le CSM reportera directement au head of Customer Success, membre du comité de direction, et intégrera l’équipe chargée des clients donc centrale dans l’entreprise.
