Quelles sont les missions ?

- Examiner les pré-factures afin de s'assurer qu'elles sont conformes aux directives et les corriger si besoin.
- Générer des factures corrigées et préparer des lettres d'accompagnement.
- Assurer le suivi avec les avocats sur leur état de facturation.
- Facturaiton en e-billing.
- Informer les avocats des comptes en souffrance.
- Rechercher et réconcilier les comptes clients, les paiements, les liquidités non affectées, etc. selon les besoins.

 

Quel est le profil idéal ?

- Vous êtes diplomé en comptabilité
- Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente sur un poste similaire
- Connaissance avancée d'Excel
- Connaissance des principes comptables de base
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés et à hiérarchiser les responsabilités.
