Vos missions en tant que Product Manager en alternance :
- Mettre en place et industrialiser les indicateurs contractuels ;
- Faciliter et suivre la production des commandes en étant l'interface avec différents interlocuteurs côté client et en interne ;
- Améliorer les parcours clients en étant force de proposition pour optimiser ces parcours et définir de nouveaux outils ;
- Participer et animer des réunions de suivi de projet
Poste basé à Malakoff (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d'alternance et présence
En entreprise :
Du lundi au vendredi
Périodes de travail de 8 heures
Repos le week-end
Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Profil recherché :
- Diplômé(e) d'un BAC+3 en gestion de projet et à la recherche d'une alternance dans le cadre de vos études.
- Maîtrise de l'outil Power BI pour la mise en place d'indicateurs ainsi qu'Excel. La connaissance d'un réseau télécom serait un atout sur le poste.
- Rigoureux(euse)
- Doté(e) d'une bonne expression orale et écrite
- Motivé(e)
