En tant que Head of France - FMCG, vous êtes responsable du marché français. Vos missions sont essentiellement commerciales et marketing mais vous serez également impliqué dans les choix financiers et logistique.

En tant que Head of France - FMCG, vos missions seront les suivantes :
  • Gérer notre distributeur en termes de développement commercial et investissement,
  • Soutenir les besoins des distributeurs et s'assurer que l'entreprise soit une priorité pour eux,
  • Piloter commercialement le développement français en sécurisant de nouveaux référencements,
  • Développement d'un plan client stratégique et collaboration étroite avec les Responsables de chaque catégorie et les Acheteurs de chaque distributeur,
  • Collaborer avec le distributeur dans les négociations de fin d'année,
  • Soutenir le Managing Director International avec des chiffres et des présentations,
  • Construire un plan à 3 ans,
  • Être proche des prévisions et du budget pour soutenir au maximum la supply chain et la production,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Marketing pour le marché français.
