Royal Canin is embarking in a Digital & Business Transformation which implies transforming a part of the Digital ecosystem.

Integration Hub team, part of Enterprise Digital Core, will be a key actor in this journey. Legacy integrations will need to be redesigned for more modern approaches in line with our Integration strategy (such as APIs and Events) as well as implementing more and more standardization and reuse.

The Integration Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of integration solutions delivery for EOS Program, focusing on Demand domain.

• 5 years of professional experience in IT (Application or Technology)

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects in an international context with different senior stakeholders

• Good understanding in Integrations technologies, concept and challenges. Any Hands-on Integration technologies experience would be beneficial i.e. (SAP BTP IS, Azure IS, Solace).

• Fluent in English

• Agile Project management is a plus.

• Lead and manage external vendor who will be in charge of development of the integrations for the program. This Includes resource planning and allocation, milestone & scope management, budget management and escalation/risk .

• Define, follow and improve relevant KPIs allowing to follow Delivery performance and quality.

• Ensure process are respected and governance in place.

• Pro-actively identify room for improvements in delivery process and lead the implementation.

• Help defining the best strategy to build and deploy the program in the markets.

• Participate to workshops and be the voice of Integration Hub along with the Integration Solution Architect.

• Identify and maintain a network of key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and/or consulted appropriately across both Business & IT. Ranging from Analyst to VP/CIO level.

• Closely collaborate with IT peer groups (e.g. GDO application and infrastructure services, Segment DT deployment teams) to ensure seamless transitions to not only the technology landscape but our IT Operating Model.
