Over the last 6 years, we have created 5 new countries to support the French and English-speaking markets. We have gone from 10,000 employees to 24,000 over the same period. French Market region includes 9 countries.

Creating and launching a country is not just about hiring a team. Above all, it means designating a comprehensive social model that is competitive in terms of our attractiveness as an employer, and that respects the "Triple Win" principle, based on the customer, the employee and society.

The main mission of this role will be to develop and review the social models in each country, so that they are constantly adapted and enable us to anticipate future strategic developments.

• Design the methodology, patterns, documents⦠that will support data collection, analysis and plans.
• On a rolling cycle, schedule Social models review / country. Each Country to be reviewed once a year.
• In cooperation with Country PS lead and local leadership teams, analyse current social model and design changes
• Detect potential risk zones per country for the future
• Documents knowledge of social models and labour costs
• Legal & social monitoring
• Documents knowledge of country labor regulation, demographic, macro economic KPIsâ¦
• In collaboration with Performance teams, assess Triple Win strategyâs efficiency
• Best practices sharing in terms of social innovation
• New country scouting
• Sales support

Profile :

• Masterâs degree in French labor law
• 8 years of experience as HR generalist, with a strong focus on Industrial relations in volume industries
• Analytical skills, payroll structure knowledge, excelâs friend
• Synthetic mindset
• French and English fluency
