Job Description

Over the last 6 years, we have created 5 new countries to support the French and English-speaking markets. We have gone from 10,000 employees to 24,000 over the same period. The French Market region includes 9 countries currently.

This success is due above all to the fantastic work of our sourcing and recruitment teams, who are as close as possible to the business to anticipate our needs and those of our customers

The Talent Acquisition Associate Director will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment strategy and operations across an international footprint of 9 countries in Europe and Africa.

The Talent Acquisition Associate Director is responsible for responsible for achieving recruitment targets.

As part of the transformation of our organization towards a "Centre of Expertise" model, the Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for:

Implementing our new ATS,

aligning the region's processes

and harmonizing selection tools and methods.

The Talent Acquisition Director is also developing remote support as part of a Shared Services Centre to make our organization more agile and secure for operations.

The Talent Acquisition Associate Director is responsible for integrating our DEI and Impact Hiring objectives into our recruitment strategy. They will foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices, ensuring fair and unbiased selection processes

In addition, the Talent Acquisition Associate Director:

coordinates local teams

sets up induction and training for teams

Assess team members periodic performance and run development plans

implements a critical analysis of sourcing and its impact on attrition and performance

Profile :

• Master's degree in HR
• At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in a volume recruitment industry
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and recruitment metrics and analytics
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Broad HR generalist knowledge, including experience contributing to broader people strategies and initiatives
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in new business sales and working collaboratively with sales teams to provide recruitment expertise
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals
• Proven ability to drive results, meet targets, and deliver recruitment solutions for clients from world-leading brands
• Proactive and adaptable mind-set, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
