Il/elle travaillera directement sous la responsabilité de la Team Lead Implementation, Lucie.
Il/elle sera responsable d’être, pendant la phase d’intégration — phase pendant laquelle le client installe techniquement la solution Batch — le/la référent.e fonctionnel et le/la garant.e du planning et du bon déroulement de cette intégration. Une fois l’intégration livrée, il/elle permet aux Customer Success Manager de Batch de prendre le relais en assurant une bonne transition avec le client.
👉 Missions :
- Définir les phases d’implémentation des différents produits Batch chez les nouveaux clients en fonction de leurs besoins et stack techniques spécifiques ;
- Planifier toutes les étapes d’intégration en tenant compte des deadlines ;
- Identifier et communiquer efficacement auprès des différents stakeholders internes & externes du projet ;
- Mettre en place les connexions techniques nécessaires ;
- Séquencer, définir et exécuter les recettes aux différents stades du projet ;
- Concevoir et faire intégrer les plans de taggage en fonction des besoins business exprimés par le client ;
- Documenter les cas spécifiques rencontrés le cas échéant ;
- Contribuer à la documentation technique, au Help Center, à la knowledge base interne ;
- Continuellement chercher à améliorer les process de l’équipe.
