 Au sein de l’équipe Talent Acquisition, l’objectif principal de ce stage sera de soutenir les Talent Acquisition Partners dans la gestion du cycle complet de recrutement auprès des différentes populations Salomon (siège social et terrain, France et international).

Accompagné(e) par notre équipe au début, puis en autonomie, tes principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Publier nos annonces d’emploi sur différents supports & réseaux
  • Participer à la recherche de nouvelles solutions de sourcing candidats
  • Analyser les profils des candidats
  • Programmer les entretiens de présélection et les entretiens managers
  • Conduire des entretiens de présélection de candidats et rédiger leur compte-rendu
  • Participer à l’organisation d’événements de recrutement ou d’équipe

Tu pourras être invité(e) à participer à d’autres projets selon les besoins de ton équipe, ta propre charge de travail et tes centres d’intérêt.

  • Faire toi-même tes premières embauches
  • Pratiquer l’anglais au quotidien, au contact de managers et de candidats venant de toute l’Europe.

 

Qualifications

 Formation : Bac+3/5, formation de type école de commerce, IEP, IAE… Une spécialisation RH n’est pas obligatoire mais un plus, en tout cas il faut que le sujet t’intéresse fortement

 Langues :  bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum).

 Informatique : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d’un Applicant Tracking System souhaitée. 

 Autres compétences : Tu es une personne proactive, organisée, qui a le goût du contact humain et l’envie d’apprendre. Tu as un bon sens de la communication pour informer ton équipe et les managers de l’avancée de tes recrutements.

Une première expérience en recrutement serait un vrai plus, et si tu as des notions de communication / réseaux sociaux, cela peut aussi être utile
