About the Company: Join a leading financial company committed to innovation and excellence. We are looking for a dynamic Interim DevOps & Cloud Manager to lead our technical and functional teams through a transformation phase.
Role Overview: As an Interim DevOps & Cloud Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing the integration of cloud solutions, improving our DevOps practices and ensuring smooth operations. This hybrid role requires a balance of technical expertise and functional leadership to drive strategic initiatives and manage daily operations.
Main responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Oversee the design, implementation and management of cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
Ensuring the scalability, security and reliability of cloud environments.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for cloud and DevOps issues.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD workflows and improve deployment processes.
Functional Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps and cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers and cloud specialists.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps initiatives with organizational goals.
Monitor and report key performance indicators to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior DevOps or Cloud role, ideally in the financial sector.
Solid technical training on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
