Customer Support Representative

Rôle & Objectifs :
- Coordonne la gestion administrative et la bonne exécution des commandes Client sur le périmètre défini
- Est Garante de la satisfaction des clients de sa zone au même titre que la Commerciale et la Customer Care Manager
Attributions :
- Saisi les commandes des clients externes (et internes pour ceux qui n’ont pas accès à SAP)
- Assure l’intégrité des informations saisies (y compris les prix de vente) pour l’Administration des commandes notamment en transmettant les informations nécessaires au choix des Lots et Emballages.
- Enregistre les exemptions de TVA relatives aux comptes clients
- Coordonne les demandes client au sein de LMR avec les différents services concernés
- Informe les clients internes et externes de potentiels désagréments liés à leurs commandes (BU, Indisponibilité, Retard … )
- Surveille le respect des délais de livraison en coordination avec le Service Planning, les Order Administrators, et le Service Logistique
- Assure le suivi des commandes et des offres échantillonnées hors contrat du portefeuille client à charge, en lien avec les Sales Coordinatrices
- Enregistre et assure le suivi des réclamations des clients internes & externes
- Coordonne la gestion des notes de Crédit et de Débit
- Assure la gestion des contrats clients tiers, décrémentation Excel + SAP , mise à jour, et informe la coordinatrice quand celui-ci est proche d’être soldé.
- Enregistre les bons de commande de service pour développement produit R&D ou travail à façon chez les clients
- Participe à l’amélioration continue du système qualité/environnement avec les différents partenaires : Planning, Production, Qualité, Logistique
