Au sein de l’équipe Planning, nous recherchons un Project Planning Manager.  Vous êtes responsable de développer et maintenir la réalisation du projet dans les temps afin de respecter nos engagements auprès des clients.

 

Vos principales missions seront :

 

  • Analyser et assurer le respect des exigences planning du Client (outil contractuel, structure du calendrier, contraintes de déclaration, ...),
  • Mettre en évidence le chemin critique et les risques associés en termes de qualité, cout et délai liés au planning et proposer des actions d'optimisation ou bien de rattrapage en cas de dérive,
  • Proposer une stratégie afin de respecter les exigences contractuelles en travaillant avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes du contrat
  • Détailler et mettre à jour le planning du projet en fonction des objectifs contractuelles et des données fournies par toutes les parties prenantes,
  • Assurer le reporting planning et le suivi de l’avancement du projet pour le client, les Unités participantes et les partenaires,
  • Fournir un soutien au responsable de projet sur toutes les questions relatives au planning,
  • Assurer la cohérence de tous les engagements des contributeurs internes et externes, et gérer la bonne définition et le suivi les interfaces.

 
Idéalement, vous possédez une expérience en gestion de projet et plus particulièrement dans le milieu industriel et vous avez de bonne connaissance générale des produits et systèmes ferroviaires.

Bon communicant, multitâche, travailleur en équipe, sont des termes qui vous définissent. 

Vous êtes capable de défier une équipe de projet et d’être proactif en proposant des solutions pour résoudre des conflits. 

Vous avez une forte capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle, multi-sites et internationale. Ainsi, l’anglais est une compétence importante
