As a Director of Consumer Insights, you'll lead our team in deciphering consumer behavior and market trends. Your data-driven strategies will drive decision-making, shaping our brand's positioning and enhancing customer engagement. Your key responsibilities

 

 

  • Lead the development, implementation and consolidation of global consumer insights programs and plans in line with the categories/clients’ needs.
  • Lead research initiatives to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviours.
  • Be the consumer insights expert for discussions with internal stakeholders and clients and be the first point of contact for specific consumer insights questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans that will drive business growth and innovation.
  • Monitor the consumer insight plans at a global level.
  • Monitor consumer insight beauty budget.

You bring

 

 

  • Master’s degree in business or consumer insights/market research 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field in client side or market research agency or fragrance house
  • Fluent in English  
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus, but not required.
