L’équipe Transition & Transformation (T&T) recherche un(e) Project Coordinator/Transition Manager pour un contrat d’alternance (1 ou 2 ans).
Votre environnement
Au sein de l’équipe T&T, vous participerez au pilotage des projets de mise en œuvre des contrats de Managed Services au niveau national ou international. En tant que Project Coordinator, vous accompagnerez le Transition Manager dans ses missions de pilotage des projets de transition et de transformation ou de lignes de service de projets complexes.
Vous serez accompagné(e) par votre tuteur afin de monter en compétence et avec la possibilité d’évoluer vers la fonction de Transition Manager.
Vos missions
- Participer au dimensionnement des phases de transition et de réversibilité pour les réponses aux appels d’offres, assister à la définition des plannings et des livrables associés ;
- Accompagner l’avant-vente sur le périmètre pilotage de projets de transformation (outils, optimisation et rationalisation des coûts / processus / délais) ;
- Intervenir pendant les phases de transition et d’implémentation (initialisation et analyse, construction, testing et clôture) ;
- Accompagner le Transition Manager dans le respect des engagements contractuels, financiers et qualitatifs lors des phases de transition des contrats de services (nouveaux et renouvellements) ;
- Assister aux instances client et internes liées aux projets ;
- Participer au suivi du cadre et de la méthodologie appliquée au niveau groupe ;
- Prendre une part active à la mise en œuvre de projets de transformation et d’évolution au sein des nouveaux contrats ou des contrats existants ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes T&T Groupe ;
- Veiller au respect des engagements contractuels et financiers lors des projets de transformation.
Votre profil
- Vous préparez un diplôme de Master dans la gestion des projets / Programme grande école et recherchez une alternance de 1 ou 2 ans ;
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe ;
- Vous avez une forte appétence vers l’IT, de préférence dans le domaine de la chefferie de projets ;
- Vous avez envie d’apprendre et de découvrir la gestion de projet de transition ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et pour votre autonomie ;
- Vous avez un très bon relationnel et disposez de capacités rédactionnelles ;
- La maîtrise des processus ITIL sera appréciée ;
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable ;
- Vous êtes mobile géographiquement.
