OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION :
Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour notre département de Gestion des Offres Turnkey (« clés en main »).
Vous aurez pour objectif de contribuer à la transformation digitale des processus d’appels d’offres en appliquant des logiciels d’intelligence artificielle développés en interne par un autre département (« Isens »).
Cette transformation digitale de tâches dévolues au niveau Systèmes et actuellement chronophages est orientée vers une optimisation grâce dans un premier temps à :
- une assistance aux équipes d’offres au travers de résumés automatiques pertinents des documents d’appels d’offres,
- la génération automatique de documents transversaux requis par les clients dans le cadre des offres,
- la création d’un outil conversationnel.
Une fois les outils développés et évalués, une éventuelle extension du champ d’application sera à étudier, avec les priorités à définir.
RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES DE LA MISSION :
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- Participation au développement des outils en liaison avec les équipes de développement Isens :
- Définitions des données d’entrée puis leur labellisation
- Aide à la constitution de la base documentaire nécessaire aux algorithmes d'apprentissage automatique (l’outil Isens) en collaboration avec la gestionnaire documentaire et les responsables d’équipes d’offre (y compris recensement des documents disponibles et exploitables dans la base de données Alstom)
- Participation à la définition de la structure des documents à produire (identification des chapitres et des concepts/mots clés à introduire)
- Participation aux cas d’utilisation : description, du point de vue de l'utilisateur, du comportement de l’outil lorsqu'il répond à une demande
- Rédaction des modes d’emploi
Une fois les outils développés :
- Evaluation de l’outil iSens :
- Définition d’un plan d’évaluation et exécution des tests en coopération avec les équipes Isens
- Vérification de la pertinence par rapport aux critères d’évaluation des clients des documents transversaux produits (y compris par comparaison avec les documents « historiques » produits humainement, y compris la détection « d’hallucinations » éventuelles)
- Qualité de la rédaction des documents produits
- Facilité d’utilisation des outils
- Proposition d’améliorations/corrections à apporter
- Préparation des notices d’utilisation des divers modules
- Préparation de réunions de présentation et de promotion
- Définition d’un plan d’évaluation et exécution des tests en coopération avec les équipes Isens
PROFIL :
Niveau de formation : Bac+4/Bac+5 (Ecole ou Université avec spécialité d'ingénierie).
Compétences techniques :
- Intelligence artificielle
- Ingénierie des systèmes/Gestion de Projet
- Connaissance du ferroviaire
- Anglais
- Qualité de rédaction
Compétences comportementales :
- Attention rigoureuse aux détails et de solides compétences analytiques et de gestion des priorités
- Bonne capacité de communication et de pédagogie
- Motivation
