Quel sera mon rôle ?
Plus particulièrement, un(e) Assistant(e) Gouvernant(e) Général(e) H/F en CDI effectue les missions suivantes dans le respect des plus hauts standards :Assister son supérieur hiérarchique dans ses fonctions et répondre aux directives de la Direction Coordonner les activités du service des étages en agissant en accord avec son supérieur hiérarchique et en coordination les autres départements de l’Hôtel et les demandes clientèle afin de fournir efficacité, rapidité et pro activité Organiser et assurer le suivi au quotidien des tâches de l'ensemble du service et du travail de ses équipes, contrôler le respect de l'hygiène et de la sécurité S’enquérir de la satisfaction des clients Encadrer, conseiller, évaluer, développer et contrôler l’équipe des étages et des communs Suivre le planning de son équipe en s’assurant de la stricte application des lois en matière de gestion du temps de travail Assurer la mise en place et l’application des standards et des procédures du groupe et spécifiques au Hilton Evian-les-Bains ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, les contrôler et en être la garante
