Valider des factures dans l’outil de facturation pour intégration dans la
comptabilité
Réaliser des états préparatoires : Suivi des FNP, FAE
Assurer la fiabilité des données revenus et coûts du périmètre et expliquer les
variations
Réaliser des Royalties reports :
Vérifier et analyser les données
Assurer le suivi contractuel des fournisseurs de contenu
Analyser la performance des contenus mis en ligne
Communiquer les royalties reports
Echanger avec les équipes opérationnelles : remontée d’alertes,
préconisations
Suivre la réception des factures afférentes
Suivre la trésorerie :
Identifier les paiements à réaliser
Préparer le placement bimensuel sur le Money Market
Mettre à jour bimensuellement le cashflow monitoring et suivre le cash burn
Préparer des éléments de communication à destination des Directions
financière française et américaine
Etablir le cash forecast (monthly, quarterly et annually)
Ces missions pourront être complétées par des sujets plus ponctuels en fonction de l’actualité de l’activité et de tes appétences.
