The Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Paris. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, understanding, and improving our various cost centers, as well as optimizing our reporting and budget management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to assist the Leadership team and various stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different department heads to establish and manage budgets, providing accurate quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to optimize HelloFresh's long-term financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify financial processes to improve understanding and efficiency in our operations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations on business strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a higher education program in finance or business school (minimum Bac +5)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller, or a role dealing with financial challenges.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Rigor, adaptability, autonomy
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work with different teams on cross-functional, operationally focused missions
