Description du poste :

En tant que Purchasing specialist / Acheteur vous serez chargé de gérer les commandes fournisseurs pour réapprovisionner notre stock, essentiel au bon fonctionnement de nos deux sites web (Le Vapoteur Discount et Le CBD Discount), en relation avec le responsable des achats. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en assurant un approvisionnement dans les délais et en collaborant avec nos partenaires ainsi qu’avec les différents départements (logistique, marketing et communication).

Responsabilités :

Saisie des commandes et relations commerciales :

Saisir quotidiennement les commandes d’achat en collaboration avec nos fabricants et fournisseurs.

Intégrer avec précision les prix des produits en tenant compte des opérations commerciales et des conditions négociées.

Entrer en relation régulièrement avec de nouveaux fabricants / fournisseurs.

Gestion des approvisionnements :

Gérer l’intégralité du processus d’arrivages (en collaboration avec la logistique), incluant le suivi digital des produits manquants et le traitement des réclamations fournisseurs.

Contrôler les ruptures de stock et les sorties de catalogues, en minimisant les impacts pour nos clients.

Coordination inter-départementale :

Collaborer étroitement avec le Responsable Catalogue pour assurer la mise en avant des nouveautés sur les deux sites internet.

Examiner attentivement les notes de cadrage commerciales pour garantir un réapprovisionnement conforme.

Collaborer avec le SAV pour trouver des solutions alternatives pour les produits en rupture de stock.

Se mettre en relation régulière avec la logistique pour assurer une coordination efficace entre les deux départements.

Optimisation des processus :

Proposer des solutions d’amélioration pour optimiser les processus d’achat.

Maintenir une communication régulière avec les fabricants pour résoudre les problèmes liés à l’approvisionnement.

S’assurer que les montants de commande sont alignés avec les besoins de l’entreprise.

Analyse et suivi :

Analyser le taux de service et le taux d’erreur de nos fournisseurs.

Contrôler quotidiennement les prix d’achat.

Suivre les tendances du marché, les préférences des clients et les développements pour s’assurer que les produits répondent aux attentes.

Suivre régulièrement les contrats avec les fabricants et leurs échéances

Collaborer de façon quotidienne avec le responsable des achats, afin de remonter les dysfonctionnements, les solutions d’amélioration et les besoins
