Quelles sont les missions ?
En tant qu'Energy Manager, vous apportez votre expertise dans la gestion des énergies du Groupe, de l'étude de la consommation réelle jusqu'au suivi de l'application concrète des actions correctives, à l'échelle de chaque région.
A ce titre, vous :
* Réalisez un audit de l'usage des énergies pour le Groupe, à partir du suivi des coûts et de l'analyse de la consommation réelle des bâtiments,
* Identifiez les distinctions entre la consommation réelle des bâtiments et la facturation associée, et savez en expliquer les écarts auprès de la gouvernance et des équipes internes (vous intervenez en comité de pilotage),
* Appréhendez et gérez les outils de recueil des consommations, et êtes en lien avec le prestataire identifié pour réaliser le reporting du suivi énergétique (bilan facturation et consommation énergétique par territoire notamment),
* Etes en lien avec les équipes RSE en interne, afin de répondre aux ambitions de réduction de la consommation énergétique,
* Proposez des plans d'amélioration par région, conjointement avec vos relais régionaux.
Vous serez secondé par un Gestionnaire Administratif dans vos missions.
Il s'agit d'un poste essentiellement sédentaire.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation Bac +5 ou Ingénieur en gestion des énergies minimum, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire.
Autonome, vous êtes capable d'analyser les consommations énergétiques et de proposer des plans d'amélioration.
Bon communicant, vous avez une posture d'expert et de conseil afin de verbaliser et accompagner la gouvernance et le réseau dans leur gestion énergétique.
