We are looking for a rigorous profile with a data-driven mindset to join the Lime operations team in Paris. As an Operations Associate, you will continually improve our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the eyes and ears to understand the local needs of our users. You'll face challenges throughout our operational journey, from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse to the end of a customer's ride. This position is a great opportunity to be on the front line in shaping the future of mobility.


This position is an onsite role in our Paris (Charenton-Le-Pont) warehouse.


What you'll do:

Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying, replacing and retrieving our shared electric vehicle  Build a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for Paris regionDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within and outside the warehousePartner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation supportPartner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issuesMaintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime managementCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth


1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position Experience leading teams or groups preferred  Demonstrated expertise with the Ile-de-France region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this areaGrit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environmentHigh-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset Fluent verbal and written French and English language skills  Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
