Webuild is looking for its future Spare Parts Assistant, to join the Logistics and Equipment Department (DML) of the Turin-Lyon High Speed Line - Lot 2 located in France.

The contact entails the excavation of a section of the base tunnel for the high-speed railway between Turin and Lyon, part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) being developed across the continent. Lot 2 (Work Sites 6 (La Praz) and 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte) will excavate a combined total of 46 kilometres, including the two parallel tunnels for the railways as well as auxiliary spaces between the towns of Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte and La Praz on the French side of the border. Most of the excavation, to be done using the traditional method and tunnel-boring machines, will be focused on the two parallel tunnels.

 Webuild with a 50% stake in the joint-venture that won the latest contract, with French group Vinci holding the remaining 50%.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the supply of spare and wear parts. Ensures daily monitoring of minimum/maximum stocks, deliveries and receipts. He/she works in collaboration with the mechanical, tradi, electrical, TSP/TBM and leu departments to ensure constant availability of parts designated as PDR stock in the event of breakdown or emergency :

• Managing the stock of all spare parts for site equipment/machinery
• Help the mechanical, electrical, tradi, TSP/TBM departments to determine which spare parts are kept in stock and work closely with them on a daily basis
• Ensure parts availability according to minimum/maximum stock levels
• Prepare and analyse rotating and quarterly inventories for the PDRs
• Liaise with the purchasing department and suppliers in the case of framework contracts. Or storage of returnable parts
• Being informed of machine maintenance (list of parts required) in order to prepare parts in advance and avoid overstocking
• Optimising the storage of parts according to the suppliers and machines concerned
• Check the quality and quantity of goods received
• Ensuring that parts are in good order (storage, location, cleanliness and safety)
• To define, within the scope of his/her activity, the project's regulations and policy on matters relating to hygiene, health, safety, quality and the environment (including for external contractors)
• Suspends work that presents a risk
• Knows and applies emergency procedures (accident, non-compliance)
• Proposes corrective and preventive action.

• Technical training, such as ‘bac pro maintenance’ 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position or in a technical position (workshop manager, mechanical manager, etc.).
• Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Pack Office

Webuild recherche son futur Gestionnaire Pieces de Rechanges, pour intégrer le Direction Logistique et Matériel (DML) du Projet de la Ligne Turin-Lyon - Lot 2 situé en France.

La mission porte sur le creusement d'une section du tunnel de base de la ligne ferroviaire à grande vitesse entre Turin et Lyon, qui fait partie du Réseau  Trans-Européen de Transport  en cours de développement sur le continent. Le lot 2 dit chantiers 6 (La Praz) et 7 (Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte)  creusera un total combiné de 46 kilomètres, comprenant les deux tunnels parallèles pour les chemins de fer ainsi que les espaces auxiliaires entre les villes de Saint-Martin-de-la-Porte et de La Praz en France. La plus grande partie du creusement sera réalisée en utilisant la méthode traditionnelle et en tunnelier. De plus, il se concentrera sur les deux tunnels parallèles.

Webuild détient une participation de 50 % avec le groupe français Vinci détenant les 50 % restants.

Missions principales

Garant de l’approvisionnement des pièces de rechange et d’usure. Assure un suivi quotidien des stocks mini/maxi, des sorties et des réceptions. Il.elle travaille en collaboration avec les services mécanique, tradi, électrique, TSP/TBM et leu assure une disponibilité constante en cas de panne ou d’urgence des pièces désignées comme suivies en stock PDR.:

• Gestion du stock de toutes les pièces de rechange des engins/machines du chantier
• Aider les services mécaniques, électriques, tradi, TSP/TBM à déterminer les pièces de rechange suivi en stock et travailler de manière étroite à leurs côtés au quotidien
• Assurer la disponibilité des pièces selon les stocks mini/maxi
• Préparer et analyser les inventaires tournants et trimestriels pour les PDR
• Relation avec le service des achats et les fournisseurs dans le cas de contrats cadres. Ou stockage de pièces consignées
• Être informés des entretiens machines (listing des pièces nécessaires) afin de préparer les pièces en avance et éviter le surstock
• Optimisation du rangement des pièces selon les fournisseurs et machines concernées
• Contrôler qualitativement et quantitativement les marchandises réceptionnées
• Garantir la bonne tenue des pièces (rangement, emplacements, propreté et sécurité
• Décline, dans son périmètre d’activité, la réglementation et la politique du projet sur les sujets liés à l’hygiène, la santé, la sécurité, la qualité et l’environnement (y compris pour les intervenants extérieurs)
• Suspend les interventions qui présentent un risque
• Connait et applique les procédures d’urgence (accident, non-conformité)
• Propose des actions correctives et préventives

Profil :

• Issu.e d’une formation technique, type « bac pro maintenance » Expérience de 5 à 10 ans sur un poste similaire ou sur un poste technique (chef d’atelier, chef mécanique…etc
• Compétences informatiques avancée, maitrise du pack office
• Connaissance en mécanique, électrique et hydraulique Connaissance des machines / engins de chantier
• Organisation et rigueur
