Au sein de la Division Afrique de la Branche Marketing & Services de TotalEnergies, notre Département est en charge du développement des activités de services aux voyageurs (boutiques, restauration, entretien automobile) dans 4600 stations-service sur 35 pays africains.
En tant que stagiaire Travel retail performance analyst - Africa H/F, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Analyser mensuellement la performance des activités de Travel Retail en Afrique (boutiques, restauration, entretien automobile) : s'assurer de la remontée de données fiables, mettre à jour et faire évoluer au fil des besoins le dasboard PowerBI
- Tirer de ces analyses des insights et des propositions de plans d'action, identifier des potentiels de croissance
- Partager ces analyses, insights et plans d'action avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes
- Participer à l'évolution et à l'animation de la Stratégie Travel Retail en Afrique
- Contribuer au partage de bonnes pratiques entre les pays : analyser les projets des pays les plus performants, synthétiser le business plan et les facteurs clés de succès, les partager aux autres pays
Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe de professionnels confirmés et auprès d'un tuteur-coach, le référent de votre futur métier. Un accompagnement individualisé vous permettra de favoriser votre autonomie et de vous mener à votre diplôme
Profil recherché
Actuellement en seconde année de Master (Bac+5) et issu d'une école de commerce, vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études afin de valider votre année ?
Nous vous proposons un stage conventionné d'une durée de 6 mois à compter du 09 septembre 2024 pour notre site Michelet (92) .
