We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power theirgrowth. Dolead runs paidmarketing campaignsfaster, integrates customerdatawith confidence and generatessales-ready leadsat a fixed cost per lead.

Freelance role - based in Paris, France - 3 to 4 days / week

You will be working with the EMEAGeneral Manager and taking active part in driving the Sales activity for the EMEA region, supporting the new Business activity (prospection/closing) & building strategic partnerships :

  • Engage actively with B2Bprospects in various sectors, negotiate and close deals to achieve Dolead's targets
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and decision-making sessions with top prospects (Clevel)
  • Engage with call centers in Europe to expand market reach and enhance Dolead service capabilities
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with key players to ensure seamless integration and mutually beneficial collaborations

You willalso be involved in coaching and driving the team into achieving challenging objectives accross Europe.

Profile :

  • 8 years of successful experience and a proven track record of managing and leading sales discussions with top-tier clients, including a firstexperience in coaching / managing asales team
  • Experience in the Call center/outsourcing solutions or Lead Generation/Performance marketing sector is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities and navigate tough conversations to close deals.
  • Expertise in sales tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha)
  • Fluent in both English & French (mandatory)
