Poste et missions Why join BRED Banque Populaire's Trading Room? You will join the dedicated Bonds & Solutions Sales Desk based in Paris. Our mission is to provide institutional clients with advice, solutions, and high-quality execution across primary and secondary markets. Products: secondary bonds, private placements, structured payoffs, asset swaps, security lending and borrowing, repo, bond forwards. What will your responsibilities be? Develop and maintain established relationships with an active network of Tier 2 European institutional clients (excluding France), such as bank ALMs and insurers... Provide intensive coverage of a European institutional client base, focusing on BRED Capital Markets' range of products to offer tailored solutions. Engage investors and deliver customized solutions for private placements (vanilla and structured MTNs/club deals). Propose investment ideas and collaborate closely with Structuring, Market Making, Repo/Security Lending teams, and peer Sales teams to provide daily focus and solutions to clients. Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory drivers to grow the business with bank and insurance treasurers. Manage the client lifecycle: prospecting, idea generation/pitching, pricing, execution, and post-trade follow-up. Profil et compétences requises You are the ideal candidate if: You have 7+ years of experience in institutional credit sales, covering Tier 2 European clients (excluding France) with a proven track record in Investment Grade (IG) bonds. You have a solid knowledge of primary and secondary markets and relative-value strategies. You possess an applied understanding of client regulatory drivers. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt your message to your audience. You can transform information into actionable, well-documented ideas.
