Missions du poste
En tant que conseiller.e de ventes chez Claire's, il vous incombe de :
· Soutenir votre responsable de magasin et votre responsable adjoint dans la réalisation des objectifs du magasin.
· Offrir un service à la clientèle convivial et efficace.
· Veiller à ce que nos clients aient une expérience d'achat agréable et amusante.
· Présenter les produits Claire's.
· Assister les clients dans leurs requêtes à l'aide de votre connaissance des produits.
· Aider au traitement des livraisons en magasin, au merchandising visuel, aux inventaires, aux démarques et aux promotions.
· Piercing d'oreilles (vous recevrez une formation complète).
· Veiller à ce que le magasin soit présentable et accueillant pour nos clients.
