Rejoignez l'équipe de Quentin chez un acteur majeur de la transition énergétique.

Dalkia Centre Ouest recherche son Energy Manager référent du portefeuille industrie F/H, basé(e) à Nantes (ou Tours), pour suivre la performance énergétique d'installations industrielles exploitées par Dalkia.

A ce titre, vos principales missions sont de:

- Participer à l'évolution des tableaux de bord standards de suivi de la performance énergétique
- Suivre les indicateurs, animer les plans d'actions et s'assurer de leur efficacité.
- Analyser les tableaux de bord en vue de définir, prioriser et déclencher les actions en lien avec les Responsables d'Exploitation.
- Evaluer le potentiel de gain apporté par les actions correctives les plus pertinentes.
- Contribuer à la définition des plans d'amélioration continue

Profil recherché

De formation Ingénieur en Thermique/Energétique vous avez acquis une première expérience réussie sur un poste d'amélioration énergétique idéalement en milieu industriel.

Vous maîtrisez Excel et les fonctions avancées. Vous savez concevoir des outils de suivi (tableaux de bord ), une appétence pour l'environnement numérique.

Vos qualités : capacités d'analyse, pédagogie, sens de la performance, flexibilité, rigueur et logique.

Notre projet pour vous : 1 poste vous permettant d'évoluer vers le management d'exploitation
