Responsibilities
- Participate in supporting and developing the custom fork of the Erigon blockchain node.
- Communicate with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Maintain and improve the codebase, ensuring it stays up to date with the upstream version of the Erigon node.
- Participate in the hiring process to expand the team with mid-level engineers and a DevOps engineer.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team of experienced engineers.
- Improve the architecture and ensure the high performance and security of the blockchain network.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with ZK (Zero-Knowledge) technologies and scalability solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Go developer with a strong background in blockchain technology.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Interest in and knowledge of ZK technologies and scalability solutions.
Soft Skills
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
