**Quel sera votre rôle ?**
Dans le cadre d'une création de poste et pleinement intégré au sein de notre Centre d'Excellence en tant que **Service Line Manager **vous contribuez au rayonnement et au développement commercial des expertises de votre Service Line (**Management de Projet et Programmes, Agilité**), notamment en:
- Supportant les phases d'avant-vente,
- Pilotant des réponses à appel d'offres majeures,
- Accompagnant les Directions Régionales à établir et dérouler des plans de prospection commerciale en lien avec leurs enjeux business,
- Préparant et réalisant des rendez-vous client organisé par nos commerciaux.
Vous soutiendrez également une démarche de **développement et de promotion des expertises** en:
- Contribuant à la dynamique et au développement des **communautés de pratiques** en cohérence avec les enjeux et ambitions portés par chacune des Directions Régionales,
- Développant et promouvant les **offres **auprès de nos équipes commerciales et de nos clients,
- Vous assurant de la **valorisation des expertises **auprès de nos équipes et de nos clients dans le cadre des projets structurants,
Enfin, vous apporterez un support aux opérations en lien avec les expertise métiers portés par votre Service Line:
- Vous assurez une veille métier,
- Vous pouvez être sollicité pour assurer de la formation, de la montée en compétences, de l'induction projet,
- Vous pouvez être amené à supporter des phases de recovery projet
- Vous contribuez à l'identification d'opportunités chez nos clients et intervenez ponctuellement sur des missions en conseil opérationnel.
**Ce que nous recherchons chez vous**
- De formation Bac + 5, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 7 ans en pilotage de projet industriels complexes
- Vous avez une forte orientation client et une appétence certaine pour l'avant-vente
- Vous avez un leadership naturel, êtes rigoureux(se) et un bon communiquant
- Vous êtes orienté « solution » et êtes force de proposition vis-à-vis de vos clients
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe, et vous n'hésitez pas à sortir de votre de confort pour élargir vos connaissances
- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour la transformation (organisation, processus métier, digital)
- La maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) serait un atout pour adresser pleinement certains enjeux de développement à l'international.
