Further expansion and global demand for their market leading renewable energy solutions has seen unprecedented global growth and the requirement to recruit a high-profile HR Manager for France.


Role and Responsibilities

Your main tasks:

HR Strategy Planning

  • HR management system set up and optimization.
  • Make the yearly HR planning based on business strategy, work close with the business leader on HR planning, including but not limited to headcount planning, talent management, training plan, etc.
  • Get alignment with HQ's HR planning, make sure the same direction with HQ.

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Work closely with HQ Recruitment team on the critical/key positions, extend the local recruitment channels and keep good relationships with all the HR vendors.

Talent management & Performance Management

  • Set up talent development plan with management team including career development, training, promotion, high potential programs, retention plan and succession plan.
  • Set up performance management process and facilitate the implementation.
  • Manage all current and historical personnel information always ensuring accuracy of employee information.

Culture Promotion

  • Responsible for comprehensively promoting the construction of the corporate culture system, work closely with HQ Culture team.
  • Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of corporate cultural activity plans, make a positive and progressive working environment.

Employment Relations

  • Address employee issues, keep the including difficult situations such as harassment or discrimination in the workplace.

HR Policies & Procedures

  • Make sure the HR policies/procedures comply with latest legislation as well as having suitable policies for the business.
  • As part of the European and global HR team, you will implement HR processes, policies and standards in collaboration with HQ and further develop existing solutions.

Compensation & Benefit

  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly salary and social welfare payment with working together with external HR service provider.
  • Develop competitive welfare policies, such as health insurance, retirement, sick leave, home leave, etc. Ensure company's salary and compensation system be updated with market conditions and present salary increase and bonus proposals in accordance with HR policies and manage communication processes.

Compliance

  • Make sure All the HR policies and activities comply with labour and employment laws, and be aware of all relevant laws.

HR Consultancy

  • Coach and counsel managers, supervisors and employees on employee relation issues providing advice as required.
  • Manage introduction of new hires and implement exit interviews when employees leave.
  • Organizing events and employee activities, be the key person for external marketing & communications.
  • Manage and develop the HR & Admin team ensuring they provide a professional and highquality support service to the business.

The Person

Your profile:

  • Degree in HR management or comparable qualification.
  • As an HR strategist, you have at least 10 years of professional experience in an international working environment, with a focus on the European markets, ideally in the renewable energy industry.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong handson mentality and can demonstrate a broad knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, as well as experience in European labour law.
  • Have experience in a fast and complex changing work environment and a strong ability to structure yourself while handling multiple priorities.
  • Be familiar with agile working methods and managing challenges with different time zones.
