We're currently seeking experienced Asset Managers to join our team in Paris. You'll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from all around the globe, closely cooperating with our offices in Lyon and Amsterdam. Your role will involve managing our 1.6 million square meter French portfolio to reinforce our position as a leading player in last mile real estate.
This is a fresh opportunity to craft a new role from scratch, giving you the autonomy to shape your responsibilities. You will oversee asset management strategy, lease and property management, nurturing relationships at local and national levels while contributing to the growth of our asset portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a long-term vision to thrive alongside us in the evolving landscape of last mile real estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sustainable asset management strategy with a focus on effective lease management
- Assess asset performance and recommend annual budgets
- Conduct property evaluations and financial reviews
- Approve commercial lease terms and translate them into contracts
- Create and execute CAPEX plans for each asset
- Monitor risk factors, identify potential issues, and report to management
- Provide market insights and identify value-creation opportunities
- Oversee lease transactions, rent reviews, and capital expenses
- Integrate property renovations and expansions into business strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, consultants, and colleagues
- Engage and manage external service providers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven track record in asset management with a focus on logistics or light industrial sectors
- Thorough understanding of last mile real estate market dynamics
- Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Educational background in a relevant field
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Expertise in data management, financial analysis, and negotiation
