**Nous recherchons pour notre partenaire un (e) Consultant en Recrutement poste à pourvoir immédiatement.**

**Les missions sont les suivantes**:VOTRE MISSION**
- Contrôle qualité: vérification de l'adéquation entre les profils sélectionnés par avec le cahier des charges clients
- Développer ton propre portefeuille client, à la manière d'un entrepreneur tu gères toute ta relation commerciale, de la prospection au rendez-vous, de la négociation à la fidélisation
- Réaliser des entretiens individuels
- Sélectionner les meilleurs profils et s'assurer de leur compétences et expériences.
- Coordonné et intégration des profils sur le poste
- Pilotage de la satisfaction client et Alerte si besoin
- Contrôle du respect des spécificités client
- Être à l'écoute du client et assurer la transmission d'information si besoin
- Prospection et closing
- Gestion de la relation client
- travailler sur les projets de marque employeur et garantir les attentes en termes de diversité et de culture

Vous bénéficiez de tout le support nécessaire pour vous concentrer sur la relation client, ce qui vous permettra de devenir leader sur votre région et/ou sur votre secteur.

**Profil souhaité**:

- Expériences : 3 à 5 ans (diplome BAC + 5 Master en Ressource Humaine)
- une expérience avérée en environnement cabinet
- une véritable appétence pour le développement commercial
- Anglais Professionnel

Maîtrise des différents outils et techniques d'entretien pour pratiquer tous types d'entretiens (face-à-face, collectif, téléphonique, en distanciel )

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, du leadership, vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les réseaux sociaux
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la législation sociale : respect des informations personnelles, du principe de non-discrimination, de la concurrence dans les pratiques et documents (sourcing, entretiens, annonces, comptes rendus...)
