Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy
    • Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan that meets the company's hiring needs
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, schools, and professional associations
  • Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Process
    • Source and attract top talent from various channels
    • Screen and interview candidates
    • Make job offers and negotiate salaries
  • Optimize Recruitment Processes
    • Improve the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate management processes
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure recruitment performance
  • Partner with Team Leaders
    • Understand team leaders' hiring needs and advise on the best approach, timing, and strategy
    • Partner with team leaders to develop and implement recruitment plans
  • Manage the Recruitment Budget
    • Develop and manage the recruitment budget
    • Ensure that recruitment expenses are aligned with the company's budget and goals

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition with experience across all main responsibilities
  • Skills
    • Excellent project management skills in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated psychological acumen with a track record of identifying growth potential in candidates
    • Track record of applying creativity and innovation in talent acquisition projects
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions
  • Language
    • Fluent in English and French with impeccable written and verbal skills
