**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**

Au sein de la **direction Conformité** du Groupe SIGMA, vous aurez la mission de **garantir aux différentes Activités du Groupe, ainsi qu'au Système d'Information, la conformité de leur patrimoine numérique** vis-à-vis des logiciels ou solutions tierces qu'elles utilisent dans les Produits et Services qu'elles fournissent.

**Vos missions**:
Vis-à-vis des éditeurs tiers:

- **Comprendre les modèles de licencing **et leurs modalités de mise en œuvre
- **Suivre l'évolution de modèles de licencing **et des politiques de prix associées
- **Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié** lors des audits de compliance

Vis-à-vis des Activités du Groupe:

- **Vulgariser et transmettre les règles d'usage** des solutions tierces aux opérationnels
- **Définir la politique de data discovery **pour chaque Activité
- **Assurer et piloter la mise en œuvre des actions de data discovery / inventory** sur l'ensemble des périmètres
- **Mettre en place un outil de reporting SAM** fiable permettant d'apporter une assurance raisonnable dans l'évaluation du risque SAM
- **Piloter le risque** SAM
- **Identifier les écarts er les risques**:

- **Définir des plans de remédiation et en suivre l'exécution **par les équipes opérationnelles
- **Conseiller dans la conception de nouveaux produits** ou services sur les aspects techniques et financiers de solutions tierces
