About the Position:
Are you ready to step into the role of Assistant Sales Performance at our company? As part of this position, you will be taking on various daily responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing Sales Force Administration: Configuration of tools and access rights, setting up before sales campaigns, quality monitoring of client assignments, maintaining interface with ERP or CRM tools, and collaborating with the management team on transition schedules.
    • Monitoring Sales Campaign Performance: Providing reports to the management team, consolidating sales team needs regarding customer tracking tools, managing client stock data, and calculating sales commissions.
    • Deploying and Configuring Reporting Tools: Developing sustainable processes for tools, working with digital teams on enhancements, and organizing the deployment of new features along with user training.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience: Previous professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.
    • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a Business School or equivalent is required.
    • Languages: Proficiency in English (minimum C level) is a must, French proficiency is an advantage.
    • Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously, strong analytical skills, dynamic and flexible attitude, and capability to perform under pressure.
    • Tools: Proficient in Office tools (especially advanced Excel), skilled in business software applications, knowledgeable in business intelligence and database management, and familiarity with IT development and data visualization tools (such as SAP Analysis For Office, SAP Analytic Cloud, PowerBI, Anaplan).

Additional Information:
This position offers a full-time fixed-term contract initially aimed at providing coverage for sick leave, with the potential for extension after the initial period.

The role is located in Annecy, France.
