**Vos missions principales**:
En tant qu'Ingénieur(e) Logistique Aérienne, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation des chaînes logistiques aériennes pour nos projets. Vos responsabilités incluront:
- Analyser les besoins logistiques et proposer des solutions de transport aérien efficaces.
- Planifier et coordonner les opérations aériennes pour garantir une livraison ponctuelle et sécurisée.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, compagnies aériennes et autres parties prenantes pour optimiser les coûts et les délais.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance logistique et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations et normes de sécurité aérienne.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus logistiques en proposant des innovations technologiques.
**Profil idéal**:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en logistique ou transport aérien.
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 8 ans) dans la logistique aérienne, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.
- Maîtrise des outils de planification et gestion logistique (TMS, WMS, ERP).
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations aériennes et des standards de sécurité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Anglais courant requis.
