**Mission**:
Rattaché au centre de services, vous serez le point d'entrée privilégié des équipes de production vis-à-vis du contexte spécifique client:
**Vos missions principales**:
- Assurer la gestion de la planification
- Assurer la gestion des escalades et des suivis des dossiers de maintenance et de demandes de services
- Assurer la gestion des prestations fournies au quotidien
- Assurer le reporting quotidien et / ou hebdomadaire
- Planifier, animer et réaliser les comités de suivis tels que définis dans le contrat avec le client ou selon l'actualité et la sensibilité du dossier
- Assurer le reporting des comités de suivis
- Superviser et animer les équipes opérationnelles terrains ou de support sur les dossiers en cours pour son compte (client)
- Coordonner les contraintes de planification et s'assurer de la tenue des engagements
- Être garant d'une bonne communication des documents et des procédures aux équipes de production en relation avec le Service Delivery Manager à l'aide des outils de l'entreprise
**Domaines d'activités du métier**:
- Respect de la qualité (SLA, bonne tenue des outils de gestion...)
- Relation / Suivi clientèle (COOP, accompagnement des équipes terrains...)

- Avoir une bonne connaissance technique des environnements confiés
- Analyser les déclarations d'incident (diagnostiquer un problème récurrent)
- Piloter des évolutions nécessaires du SI
**Côté projet**:
- Maitriser la conduite de projets et le management transversal
