**Contexte**:
Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe Data, vous serez en charge de l'analyse de données pour notre équipe Paiements (développeurs, chargée de projets billing, etc.).
**Votre rôle**:
En tant que Data Analyst chez DARYL, vous serez au cœur de l'action, collaborant étroitement avec l'équipe technique Paiements pour les conseiller dans leur prise de décision.
**Vos missions**:
- Assurer le suivi rigoureux des KPI paiements ainsi que le suivi data des mises en production.
- Identifier et créer les KPI pertinents par thème pour le service Paiements.
- Déterminer les relais opérationnels par service pour le suivi et les actions à entreprendre.
- Assurer le suivi rigoureux des plans d'actions.
- Être le garant de l'exactitude et de la fiabilité des données analysées et rapportées.
- Mettre en place des processus pour maintenir l'intégrité des données.
- Adapter la stratégie de suivi en fonction de l'évolution de l'organisation du Groupe, du produit et des besoins de la direction.
- Proposer des améliorations continues basées sur les nouvelles tendances et besoins.
- Accompagner tous les services dans la prise de décision grâce à des analyses documentées et précises.
- Fournir des rapports détaillés et des insights actionnables aux équipes concernées.
- Identifier et proposer de nouvelles opportunités business au Service Marketing/Produit, à la Finance et à la Direction.

- Compétences :_
- Excellente capacité d'analyse
- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données type Excel, SQL et idéalement Looker.
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes de paiement et des indicateurs de performance clés.
- Capacité à travailler avec de grandes quantités de données et à en extraire des insights pertinents.
- Expérience :_
- Expérience significative en tant que Data Analyst, idéalement dans le domaine des paiements ou de la finance.
- Qualités Personnelles :_
- Rigoureux et attentif aux détails.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement les résultats d'analyse.
- Proactif et force de proposition avec un esprit critique.
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
