We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Salomon. As a key member of our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various analytics platforms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, return rates, consumer behavior, and sales performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, A/B testing, and pricing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to optimize the customer journey and improve the user experience.
- Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation and data cleansing processes.
- Collaborate with the global data team and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- Support analytics training in collaboration with the global data and analytics team.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital analysis, including conducting analyses, creating presentations, and comfortable with presenting.
- Education
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Languages
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
- Tools
- Excellent proficiency required with Content Square.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Piano is preferred.
- Bonus: Dynamic Yield.
