**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez les expertises métiers de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de Natixis Corporate Investment Banking (NCIB) en tant que Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Manager. Rattaché aux expertises RH transverses NCIB, votre objectif est d'accompagner l'entreprise dans la définition et le déploiement de son plan d'action DE&I, en coordination avec les équipes du Head Office de Global Financial Services (GFS). Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH des métiers de la CIB, en lien fonctionnel avec le DE&I specialist de GFS.

Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:

- Décliner et suivre les objectifs et les plans d'action DE&I de NCIB ;
- Accompagner les managers et HR Business Partners dans la mise en œuvre des actions envisagées ;
- Construire et piloter des dispositifs et solutions ad 'hoc pour répondre aux enjeux de la CIB, avec l'appui des expertises internes et/ou externes ;
- Représenter le périmètre NCIB au sein du réseau DE&I de Global Financial Services ;
- Être force de proposition sur les sujets DE&I au sein des équipes HR NCIB.

En tant que DE&I Manager vous participez activement au déploiement de la feuille de route DE&I de GFS, à la construction de dispositifs de formation ou de sensibilisation, ainsi qu'à l'optimisation de certains process RH.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
Qui êtes-vous ? Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous:
De formation supérieure, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de 7 ans dans des fonctions ressources humaines, au sein d'organisations ayant une exposition à l'international ou de cabinets de conseil intervenant sur les thématiques de diversité, égalité et d'inclusion.

Vous maîtrisez:

- Les techniques d'animation de groupes de travail pluridisciplinaires ;
- La conduite de projets ;
- Le management transversal.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:

- Reconnu pour votre capacité à entrainer et convaincre vos interlocuteurs ;
- Autonome et rigoureux ;
- Doté d'une très bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
