**Contexte**:
Dans un contexte de développement très dynamique, Christian Dior Couture recherche un ou une « High End Junior Project Manager ». Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Retail Internationale et vous serez en interaction quotidiennement dans vos fonctions avec les équipes centrales (CRM, Logistique, Visual Merchandising, Développement, Finance etc ) et les zones.
**Vos missions s'articulerent autour de 2 pôles**:
Coordination des événements
- Pilotage du calendrier des événements internationaux, régionaux et locaux
- Mise en place et suivi étroit du retroplannning avec les équipes centrales (CRM, Visual Merchandising, logistique et BU) et régionales
- Suivi des demandes des marchés, arbitrages et priorisation
- Définition des targets de vente à la zone et reporting des événements
- Elaboration des plateformes à destination des équipes centrales et régionales pour l'événement International
- Revue du zoning avec le Visual Merchandising et le Business development manager
- Pilotage du planning de l'envoi des pièces en collaboration avec le Business Development manager et le service logistique
- Pilotage des besoins et de la mise en place des Animations pour les événements Internationaux et Régionaux
- Coordination des besoins pour les shootings presse, en collaboration avec le Business Development manager
- Supervision des outils (commande, inventaire et envoi) à destination des événements Internationaux et Régionaux
- Gestion des besoins équipes et des plannings de rotation pour l'évènement International
- Coordination et suivi de la commande des uniformes
- Etude concurrentielle sur les événements Haute Joaillerie et Haute Horlogerie et identification d'axes de développement
Management de projet et reporting transverse
- Création, suivi et analyses des rapports de mesure de la performance
- Participation à l'élaboration des présentations budgétaires et Showroom
- Suivi des projets IT liés au « High-End »
PROFILE
**Compétences Requises**
Dîplomé(e) d'une formation supérieure (bac +5), vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience en marketing/ commercial.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et Powerpoint)
- Anglais courant
- Excellent relationnel et compréhension de la relation client
- Autonome et proactif
- Esprit rigoureux, organisé et structuré
- Aisance avec les chiffres
- Sensibilité produit sur le « High End »
