Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and optimize project schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues and risks.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Contribute to addressing critical project issues and provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Prepare and present project reports and materials to stakeholders.
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Identify and assess potential project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Project Monitoring and Control
- Monitor project-related KPIs and indicators, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective action plans.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an engineering school or specialized Master's program.
- Skills and Experience
- Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and analytical mindset.
- Organized with a focus on detail and a desire to learn and progress in diverse technical environments.
- Previous project management experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
