You join our team, which is looking for a Funding Intern , for a 6-month internship from September .

In collaboration with your tutor, your main activities will revolve around the following missions:

Support the financing legal team in the implementation of the bank's financing operations, In particular, the review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements relating to these transactions as well as the establishment of participation transfer certificates as part of the secondary loan trading activity. >

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You & Beyond It is above all your personality and your state of mind that interests us. Student of BAC level, you are preparing a diploma (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Banking Law/ Financial Law. You are interested in banking. You have intellectual curiosity and analytical rigour. You are a dynamic person. You like looking for solutions. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English. For this position, you will benefit from a dedicated support to give you every chance to succeed in this new mission.
