Le monde automobile est en perpétuel mouvement avec des enjeux technologiques, économiques et environnementaux au cœur de nos modes de vie. Renault l'a bien compris avec le lancement par Luca de Meo du projet d'entreprise « Renaulution ».
Dans le cadre de cette grande transformation d'entreprise, la direction achats du groupe Renault a lancé un grand programme de modernisation du SI achats . Cette modernisation s'opère à travers le projet de Buyer Cockpit pour proposer aux acheteurs une plateforme unique leur donnant accès aux informations nécessaires à leur activité.
Vous avez la charge d'organiser le développement de cette solution au sein de Renault Group. Pour cela, vous travaillez dans une équipe sous la responsabilité du responsable de domaine des outils Achats. Vous avez à charge de piloter des équipes dans les différentes entités et dans les Hubs de développement (Roumanie, Inde).
Le poste est basé au Plessis-Robinson (France) en CDI . Vous bénéficierez de 2 à 3 jours de télétravail . Quelques déplacements ponctuels de courte-durée à l'étranger sont possibles.
Vos missions
En coordination avec les Business Process Owners du métier, vous construisez la définition technique pour la mise en place de cette solution et vous développez la solution selon le contenu des releases, en fonction du budget et des priorités métiers.
Avec les équipes de la Direction informatique, vous organisez l'équipe de développement , vous faites valider l'architecture des produits .
A la suite de ce poste, vous pourrez approfondir vos compétences sur les technologies déployées (progiciels) et sur le management de projets.
Votre profil
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 en université ou en école d'ingénieur, d'une certification ou d'une expérience équivalente, avec un parcours dans l'informatique (développement, management d'équipes de développement, ...) avec au moins 5 années d'expérience .
Vous maitrisez les processus de développement et vous avez l'expérience de déploiement de systèmes d'informations . Une connaissance des architectures data est un plus.
La pratique du framework Agile Scrum/Kanban est acquise .
Vous avez des compétences sur une ou plusieurs des technologies suivantes : Angular , JAVA , Spring , PostgreSQL, ELK, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, GCP .
Vous avez d'excellentes capacités relationnelles vous permettant d'animer des réunions de décision.
Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'un esprit de synthèse .
Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais écrit et oral , facteur clé de réussite dans le poste (échanges au quotidien avec le principal centre de services interne Renault qui se trouve en Inde).
