The mission of the department is to deliver enablers to boost the efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to our customers, in terms of Strategy, Transformation, Processes, Methods and Tools, and Ways of Working.
The department provides an End-To-End vision and transversal project management of needed enablers while fostering local initiatives within Engineering departments.
We collaborate with and work closely with Information Management, Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering.
We are a transnational team in France and Germany who believe in empowering our people, in simplifying our processes and tools and driving innovation.
Airbus Helicopters has engaged its digital transformation with the objective to ensure the end-to-end continuity from the design to Helicopter manufacturing and maintenance, thanks to a unified digital toolchain.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Electrical squad delivers all necessary digital products, systems or services needed by the Electrical lead functions to achieve its operational objectives in front of all Helicopters (H/C) programs
As M&T Project Leader, you will contribute to all necessary tasks required to secure the availability of the digital solution for electrical definition (used by design, production, certification and support) by:
- Understand business processes and Interact with engineering teams and customers to understand functional business needs and convert them into tangible technical requirements
- Manage our industrialized Tools portfolio: keeping up to date the list of required tools and respective roadmaps, monitoring their performance, participating to their development and continuous improvement, working at the portfolio rationalization, supporting endusers on tools usage and access
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to better support Electrical processes
- Data collection & analysis for providing intelligence to the organization for making data driven decision of process optimization and automation
You will have multiple interfaces in the business (ET) but also with our partners (ED, ES, EI)
This new position will lead to activities linked to the team roadmap participating to the strategic project:
- make the link to increment the roadmap between the team and users
- reinforce harmonization of processes and tools

- participate to continuous improvement
The other part of the activity is focusing on support activities:
- implement support activities culture with internal customers
- write, harmonize and deploy methods
Desired skills and qualifications:
- 5 years experience
- Strong Team player with excellent communication skills (strong coordination and relational
- Skills to deal with many different parties)
Fluent in English
- German would be a plus.
- Basics Experience with electrical process
- Basics knowledge on electrical tool
