IntroductionAs a member of the Hydro Building Systems Lead Team, you will actively participate in the definition & implementation of Hydro Building Systems' (HBS) business strategies in South Europe.

As the Vice President of Commercial South Europe, you lead, direct, and control the sales activities for South Europe to achieve the global short and long-term financial and commercial objectives as set by the SVP of Building Systems.

Commercial South Europe includes today 4 countries (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal), and has around 420 employees in Sales and support sales, Marketing & Communication and Technical support.

QualificationsYou have 3 to 5 years of higher education, preferably a master's degree (e.g.

With at least 10 years of experience in a Building envelope business company or a similar role at senior level in a multinational environment, you have proven records within incremental improvement; You are fluent in French and in English.
