Duties and responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate willplay a key role in achieving the objectives by training the team and ensuring the efficiency of theworkflow in producing high-quality content across different languages.
- Training and building the teams across the Content department
- Provide the guidance in meeting the brand standards
- Contribution and ideation for further improvements of the business practices and processes
- Create and execute the content strategy
- Work on various product launches
- Overseeing the pipeline of production across teams
- Work closely with product and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as anEditor in Chief or equivalent
- Expertise in the content strategy and ideation
- Demonstrable experience in iGaming industry or equivalent is a must
- Experience with content related product launches
- Advanced skills inTeam management, mentoring and training skills are mandatory
- Experience in brand standards and maintaining thebestpractice
