EXPERT DESIGN STRUCTURE
MISSION
.Supervision d'équipe,
.Mener la conception et du calcul des structures (béton, acier, bois, etc.), de la phase concept à l'étude d'exécution,
.Garantir le suivi du budget, des délivrables en ligne avec le calendrier du projet et de la qualité des travaux d'ingénierie.
.Faire des comptes rendus d'avancement des projets sur une base régulière au directeur de projet,
.Améliorer un processus de conception intégré en examinant de manière transversale les différentes disciplines impliquées,
.Sur le plan technique, les missions seront supervisées par les équipes Structural Engineering et dans le cadre des aspects géotechniques, l'équipe Geo Engineering sera sollicitée,
.Répondre aux demandes du client,
.Participer aux projets avec les partenaires externes (tels que les architectes, les autres bureaux d'études et d'ingénierie, les sous-traitants, les entrepreneurs pendant la phase de construction, etc.
.Trouver des solutions durables et efficaces,
.Respecter les normes, les directives et les évolutions liées au domaine de la prestation et en faire part aux membres de votre équipe ou à vos collègues.
PROFIL
.Minimum 10 ans d'expérience technique pertinente en conception et ingénierie dans des projets d'infrastructure (tunnels) en béton, y compris le calcul sur les structures,
.Connaissance de tous les aspects et toutes les phases d'un projets: concours, conception, études, appel d'offres, exécution, gestion,...
.Maîtrise des concepts de stabilité dans les projets d'infrastructure,
.Expérience des appels d'offres (concours) : conception, estimation rapide du coût de construction, définition et négociation des honoraires, présentation au client ou aux autorités, etc.
.Expérience dans la conduite de projets multidisciplinaires dans le domaine de la construction avec de multiples intervenants, des contraintes de temps et de budget,
.Compréhension des techniques de construction applicables,
.Connaissance du BIM et la conception paramétrique (recommandé),
.Langue/niveau : Français, Anglais, Néerlandais (optionnel).
.Déplacements à prévoir : Oui
