You will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and impact of the HR function by focusing on crucial aspects such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

  • Provide strategic guidance and practical support to site leaders on workforce planning, engagement strategies, and succession management
  • Ensure alignment of the Local Management Committee and local HR priorities with essential platforms like Engage, our Talent Acquisition model, Learning & Development platform, and Rewards and International Assignments strategy
  • Lead activities related to Performance Management, goal setting, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits processes
  • Oversee the efficient execution of local HR operations including recruitment, employee data management, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Establish strong partnerships with HR counterparts in different regions and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive effective change management initiatives
  • Actively participate in the local Management Committee to contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Provide clear direction, set targets, and empower the local HR team to successfully implement the HR agenda

Fluency in both English and French languages is essential for this role.
